ABOUT US

We're different from the rest..

What is BlueInc?

Leaders and their teams often need help to do big things.  Examples include industrial ramp up, strategy development, organizational transformation, launching startups and building innovation culture.  We've had the opportunity of looking at change through both the "telescope" (corporate, large enterprise, strategy ...) and "microscope" (front line, startup, tactical...)...constantly accompanying leaders on the journey between ambition and action.

Our goal is to help you by combining the capabilities of vision & creative thinking with a disciplined, people-centric approach to execution.  We want to accompany you as you travel the continuum between "idea and action" based on a deep understanding of how to bring inspiring things to life. It's thinking and doing, planning and iterating, inspiring and leading...it's the path between seed and fruit, embryo to birth...it's "vision to action."

Our Mindset

  • We're driven by the desire to make an outsized impact enabling inspiring ambitions come to life. This is key in deciding WHAT we work on and organizations we align ourselves with.

  • We strive to make leaders more successful than they ever imagined by equipping & enabling them to own, initiate and drive the desired change. This is key in WHO we decide to work with.

  • We combine innovative ways of thinking with a disciplined people-centric approach for execution, bringing together the best ideas with best practices of making them a reality. Change is hard but we firmly believe it ultimately can and should bring joy to people. This is key in HOW we work.

We believe happiness and passion are infectious and that people that are joyful are more fulfilled, work better & harder ("time flies when you're having fun", right?), and deliver contagious experiences to their customers. With that in mind, it's not just a lucky outcome it's baked into the design and the way we work to achieve it.
