About the Founders
Johannes has a passion for inspiring people and organizations to discover their full potential and reach beyond their limits to make a difference in the world.
He's worked in both Global 500 boardrooms (Corporate Strategy, Chief Of Staff, and Executive Consultant) and start-up garages (Founder, COO, Consultant) actively navigating the challenges in developing a good strategy and implementing one.
Johannes has IMBA graduate degrees from both Wirtschaftsuniversität Vienna, Austria and the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. He also has extensive training in design thinking via course work and coaching from Stanford University’s design thinking institute, the d.school.

Kenneth designs, implements, and coaches others to implement successful organization-wide changes from local start-ups to Global 500 companies.
He is recognized as a consensus-building leader that can roll up his sleeves and get things done. His interest in organizational transformation resulted in his book Visionaries, Builders, and Sustainers about the way people interact and respond to change.
Kenneth received a BS in Chemistry and Computer Science from Furman University and an MBA from Clemson University. He also has post-graduate education in environmental sustainability from Furman and customer focused innovation from Stanford University.

In 2013, Johannes Mutzke and Kenneth Fields had a vision to help growing companies and after 18 months of discussion, they decided to launch BlueInc Strategies in January 2015. Since that time, we've had the opportunity to work around the world with large multinationals, coach startups being born in garages, and help hundreds of businesses in between!
